AI Workflow Automation for Enterprise Operations

NetNXT builds and manages workflows that run across the systems you already use, make the routine decisions on their own, and hand a person only the cases that need judgement. Your team stops shepherding process steps and starts handling exceptions.

  • Cross-system workflows that run across your CRM, ERP, HR and ticketing tools
  • Decisions, not just steps so exceptions get judged instead of queued
  • Approvals that chase themselves with escalation when something ages
  • Audit trail on every run showing what happened and who approved it

How a Workflow Runs, End to End

Four connected stages, each one operating inside the systems your teams already work in.

Start From Any System, Not a Form

Work starts where it actually originates. A ticket, an email, a record change, a file landing in a folder or a scheduled window all begin the same governed workflow.

  • Record changes in CRM, ERP, HRIS and ticketing
  • Email, shared mailbox and file-drop triggers
  • Scheduled and event-driven runs
  • API and webhook entry points from internal tools
Nothing waits for somebody to notice it and start the process by hand.
Trigger
A new joiner is marked as accepted in the HR system.
What happens
  • Onboarding workflow started automatically
  • Role, department and start date read from the record
  • Required systems and access resolved from policy
  • Manager and IT notified with the checklist attached

Results You Can Measure

Four numbers move together: how fast work completes, how often it changes hands, how much of it is routine, and how much volume the same team can absorb.

80%

Faster execution

Steps that waited on someone to pick them up now run the moment the trigger fires.

70%

Fewer handoffs

Work stops bouncing between teams because the workflow performs the step itself.

60%

Less routine effort

Your team moves to exceptions, judgement and improvement instead of repetition.

2-3x

Volume absorbed

Peaks are handled by capacity rather than overtime or temporary headcount.

Ranges reflect typical outcomes across NetNXT projects. Actual results depend on process maturity, system access and data quality. We agree realistic targets during your assessment.

How the Platform Is Built

Four layers that connect your systems, run the work, and keep security intact.

Process Layer

What your teams own

  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Approvals and exceptions
  • Requests and fulfilment
  • Reporting and reconciliation

Intelligence Layer

What drives the automation

  • Classification and routing
  • Policy and threshold evaluation
  • Confidence scoring
  • Workflow orchestration

Integration Layer

What connects the systems

  • CRM, ERP and HRIS integration
  • Ticketing and ITSM platforms
  • File, email and API sources
  • Legacy systems without modern APIs

Security and Governance Layer

What protects everything

  • Least privilege service accounts
  • Identity and access controls
  • Human approval on sensitive steps
  • Run history and audit trails
One governed layer replaces the scripts, bots and manual handoffs holding a process together, and gives operations leaders a real view of where work sits.

One Platform for Every Process

Replace scattered scripts and brittle bots with a single automation layer, built and managed for your team.

Process Orchestration

Multi-step workflows that span systems, with branching, retries, escalation and rollback built into the design.

Decision Automation

Classification, routing and policy evaluation so the workflow chooses a path instead of parking the case.

System Integration

CRM, ERP, HRIS, ticketing, file stores and internal tools connected through API, database or file interfaces.

Monitoring and Audit

Run history, cycle time reporting and a decision trail on every automated and manual action.

Who We Build This For

Payback is fastest where volume is high, the process repeats, and several systems have to agree.

Operations Leaders

You need throughput to rise without headcount rising with it, and you need to see where work actually stalls.

IT and Automation Teams

You are maintaining brittle scripts and RPA bots that break whenever a screen or a form changes.

Finance and Shared Services

Month-end is absorbed with manual reconciliation, approvals chasing and rekeying between systems.

HR and People Teams

Joiner, mover and leaver processes depend on checklists being followed rather than being enforced.

CISOs and IT Leaders

You have to approve what the automation touches, what access it holds and how every run is logged. That is our home ground.

Industries We Serve

Delivery experience across Fintech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, Ecommerce and SaaS.

Workflows Teams Automate First

High volume, repeating shape, and a real cost when a step is missed. These pay back first.

01

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

Accounts, access, assets and induction driven from the HR record, with revocation enforced on exit rather than remembered.

02

Approval Workflows

Routing by amount, department and risk, with escalation when an item ages past its deadline.

03

IT Service Requests

Ticket classification, routing and fulfilment across provisioning, access and asset workflows.

04

Finance Operations

Invoice approvals, expense checks, reconciliation and month-end reporting run on schedule.

05

Vendor and Customer Onboarding

Document collection, verification, record creation and system setup completed as one process.

06

Data Reconciliation

Records compared across systems on a schedule, with differences raised as cases rather than discovered later.

07

Compliance Reporting

Evidence gathered continuously so a report is assembled from records instead of chased from people.

08

Incident and Escalation Handling

Severity assessed, owners notified and escalation applied automatically as an incident ages.

09

Document-Driven Processes

Workflows that start from an inbound file, using document processing automation to read and validate it first.

Buy a Tool, Build It, or Bring in a Partner

Most automation programmes stall on the exception, the integration nobody owns, and the bot that breaks when a screen changes.

Live in 30 Days, Scaled in 90

A structured rollout that proves value on one workflow before it touches the rest of the operation.

01

Process Assessment

We map the process, measure cycle time, volume and rework, and identify which workflow pays back fastest.

02

Design and Security Review

Workflow design, integrations, access model and approval points agreed with your operations, IT and security teams.

03

Build and Pilot

The first workflow is built, integrated and run live alongside the existing process with human review and measured baselines.

04

Scale and Manage

Further processes added and workflows retuned as systems change, supported as a managed service.

Why Teams Choose NetNXT

Your automation holds credentials, touches records and acts inside your systems of record. That is the surface NetNXT has spent years securing for 500+ customers across India.

Security in every workflow

Least privilege service accounts, encrypted connections and identity controls on every integration, using the same discipline behind our Zero Trust practice.

Built for exceptions

The value is in what happens when a case does not fit the rule. Workflows are designed around that from the start, not patched later.

Works with what you run

CRM, ERP, HRIS, ticketing, file stores and legacy systems, connected through whatever interface exists without replacing anything.

One accountable team

Design, build, security review and ongoing management from a single partner, backed by our managed services practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

RPA repeats a fixed sequence of clicks and breaks when a screen, form or field changes. These workflows integrate at the API and data layer where possible, and add classification and policy evaluation so the process can handle cases a rule set never anticipated. Exceptions route to a person instead of failing the run.

Usually yes. Where an API exists we use it. Where one does not we work through database, file or scheduled interfaces, and build the interface as part of the engagement. We assess what each system realistically supports during the process assessment rather than assuming.

The first workflow is usually in production about 30 days after the assessment, with further processes added over the following 60 to 90 days. The timeline depends mainly on how many systems need connecting and how clean the process is before automation.

We price by scope rather than per bot or per seat, based on the number of workflows, the systems being integrated and the level of ongoing management. Most teams compare it against the hours currently spent on the process plus the cost of the errors and delays it produces.

Failures retry where it is safe, escalate where it is not, and always leave a record. Nothing silently stops. Runs are monitored, failure points are reported, and workflows are retuned as your systems change rather than left to decay.

Every integration runs on a least privilege service account scoped to the specific records the workflow needs. Sensitive steps require human approval, connections are encrypted, and every automated and manual action is logged. Your security team reviews and signs off the design before anything goes live.
