• We do not own or control the third-party products/services. All software, features, or functions are governed by the respective vendor's terms & conditions.
• Prices listed on our website are indicative and may change. Purchase is confirmed only after written agreement/invoice is issued.

3. No Direct Online Purchases

• The "Buy Now" or listed pricing on our website is for informational purposes only.
• To purchase, you must fill the contact form. A NetNXT representative will provide a final quote and commercial terms.
• No online payment obligation arises unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information.
• You must ensure legal use of SaaS tools purchased through NetNXT.
• You agree not to misuse, resell, or use services for unlawful purposes.

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

• NetNXT is not liable for any failure, downtime, data loss, or breach arising from third-party SaaS providers.
• All warranties, SLAs, and performance guarantees are as provided by the vendor only.
• NetNXT's role is limited to reselling, provisioning, and support as per scope agreed.

6. Payment Terms

• Invoices will specify payment timelines (generally advance or 100% within 15 days).
• Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NetNXT's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months for the affected service.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of business, profits, or data
• Downtime of third-party SaaS services
• Force majeure events (e.g., internet outages, government restrictions, cyberattacks)

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold NetNXT harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of services in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Termination

• NetNXT may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
• Either party may terminate a service by written notice, subject to payment of all dues.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Delhi, India, irrespective of where you are located.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website/services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
