Does JumpCloud store data in India?
Yes. JumpCloud offers an India region that hosts identity and device management data in-country, with lower latency for users in India and regional data control you can point to during an audit.
The constraint most people miss: the India region is selectable by new customers at signup. If you already run JumpCloud elsewhere, there is no automatic migration — moving requires a custom paid engagement with JumpCloud, which means scoping, a cutover plan and a maintenance window.
JumpCloud provides the regional infrastructure and controls. Whether your specific implementation meets DPDP requirements remains your organisation's determination — we configure the controls and document the data flows so your counsel has something concrete to assess.

Suspended users still bill

Yes. JumpCloud offers an India region that hosts identity and device management data in-country, selectable by new customers at signup. Existing tenants hosted elsewhere cannot migrate automatically — moving to the India region requires a custom paid engagement with JumpCloud, which NetNXT scopes and runs as a migration project.
In most cases, yes. JumpCloud provides cloud directory, LDAP, RADIUS and device management, which covers what Active Directory is typically used for. The exceptions are applications with hard dependencies on domain services or legacy on-premise systems. Where those exist, NetNXT runs AD and JumpCloud in parallel rather than forcing a full cutover.
